🌟 Beaconhouse Impact 20: Empowering Educators, Enriching Futures 🌟

“The best way to find yourself is to lose yourself in the service of others.”

This powerful thought truly came to life through the Beaconhouse Impact 20 initiative, as dedicated teachers from Beaconhouse Civil Lines Campus stepped beyond their classrooms to support and uplift educators from underprivileged schools.
Driven by a deep sense of purpose and responsibility, this initiative reflects Beaconhouse’s unwavering commitment to giving back to the community—not just through words, but through meaningful action. By strengthening teaching practices where guidance and support are needed the most, Beaconhouse continues to make education a force for lasting change.
The professional development sessions were thoughtfully conducted by Ms. Natasha Nasir, Ms. Rafia Arif Hussain, Ms. Mariam Azam, and Ms. Mariam Aftab, who shared their expertise with passion and empathy. The training focused on effective classroom management, nurturing positive teacher–student relationships, and using impactful questioning techniques, equipping participating teachers with practical, classroom-ready strategies.
The sessions fostered collaboration, reflection, and confidence—empowering teachers to create engaging, supportive, and learner-centered environments where every child can thrive.
Through Impact 20, Beaconhouse Civil Lines proudly reinforces its belief that educators empowering educators can transform classrooms, schools, and communities. Because when teachers grow, learning doesn’t just happen—it flourishes.
