🚀 Leadership in Action: Where Habits Shape Heroes
“ Leadership is not a position or a title; it is a choice — a choice to influence, to uplift, and to lead with purpose.”
Civil Lines Campus had the distinct honor of welcoming Sir Sher Afgan, LIM Coach, for an inspiring and affirming visit dedicated to strengthening the spirit of student leadership across our school.
Rooted in the globally recognized Leader in Me framework, inspired by The 7 Habits of Highly Effective People, our campus remains steadfast in nurturing proactive, responsible, and confident learners who lead their own growth journey.
During his meaningful interactions with the School Head and the Adult Lighthouse Team, Sir Sher Afgan commended the clarity of vision, the consistency of implementation, and the vibrant leadership culture thriving within our corridors. His classroom observation further reflected how seamlessly the 7 Habits are woven into daily learning experiences — particularly through dynamic PSHE lessons where students confidently demonstrated ownership, collaboration, and authentic leadership language. ✨
The visit stood as a powerful affirmation that at Civil Lines Campus, leadership is not an isolated concept confined to posters or policies. It is embedded in conversations, evident in choices, and visible in actions.
Here, leadership is not merely taught — it is lived, breathed, and embodied every single day.
