The nationwide Cultural Day was observed at the Beaconhouse Cantt Campus in letter and spirit. The whole school was bathed in rainbow colors depicting a blend of rural and urban life of Punjab. From management to the junior staff everyone wore traditional Punjabi attire which glorified the event. Students dressed up in the Punjabi cultural dresses, shoes, and turbans depicted the Punjabi culture through the rural setup, wedding ceremony, regional dances, games, and interesting poetry. The whole activity provided an opportunity for the residents of the urban areas to get a glimpse of the rural life while the students from the rural areas felt proud of themselves for being the custodians of this valuable heritage of our forefathers.
