School is a place where there is a constant interaction between students, parents, teachers and the management staff. Such kind of interaction happens usually on a day called ‘Open Day’/ ‘Open house’, which gives an opportunity for parents to know what is happening in the institution.
On the day when ‘Open house’ is conducted, parents can talk to the teachers, get to know what is being taught in the class, the teaching methodology being used, the performance of their child and changes being made to the existing curriculum.
New parents also visit the school as this is an open invite for every one.
Open Day was organised on Saturday , 12 March 2022 at Beaconhouse Early years campus. The purpose was to bridge the gap between the school and community. It also provided the school with the chance to showcase the teaching methods and students’ work in different learning areas. These learning areas included urdeu area, science corner, games corner, maths corner,science corner, painting zone and much more. The event helped the parents get a better idea about the Early Years Education (EYE) programme and the important role it plays in students’ growth and development. It started off with the students impressing everyone with their role play performance on The Elf and the Shoemaker.
Every corner had various activites for kids and parents to get involved in.
Food stalls were also a part of this Grand Open day.
Children thoroughly enjoyed the face painting and games arranged at every corner
