World Food Day
Beaconhouse MTJC organised a demonstration on World food day, to educate the students about the different food groups, their advantages, disadvantages and importance.
The each section in lower primary was assigned a food group to present which were proteins, carbohydrates, fats, fruits and vegetables.
Each section presented information about the assigned food groups and brought along at least one dish according to their assigned food group with their mothers.
The event ended with students raising awareness about all the people who are suffering from hunger and starvation all over the world and urged everyone to value food and not waste at all.
