Reading for pleasure is the single biggest indicator of a child’s future success . At BSS MTJC teachers always promote and encourage students to hone the habit of book reading . World Book Day was celebrated at the campus ,highlighting love and advantages of book reading.
Students of Pre-Nursery – Grade II brought their favourite books for show-and-tell activities in their classes. They wrote book reviews and talked about the importance of reading books. Moreover the students made bookmarks as well as mini-books to record new words they learn everyday.
Teachers presented a role-play on the children’s classic story ‘Little Red Riding Hood’ . Students were thrilled to see their favourite story come to life. It was a day filled with love and joy for our beloved books.
