Pajama Party

Recently, our school hosted a fun pajama party for students, inspired by the popular children’s book Oliver Who Would Not Sleep by Mara Bergman. In the story, Oliver is a young boy who refuses to go to sleep and instead imagines exciting adventures. He zooms off in his toy plane and explores the world, making the night full of magic and fun!

At the pajama party, students arrived in their coziest pajamas, just like Oliver! The stage was decorated with stars, toys, pillows and a moon to match the nighttime theme.

The story was read after which students were asked to share their own ideas of what adventures they would go on if they stayed up all night like Oliver. Some imagined flying to the moon, others dreamt of exploring forests or swimming in magical oceans. The fun didn’t stop there, many activities were organized for the students to participate in.

The pajama party was filled with laughter, creativity, and a love for books. Just like Oliver, we didn’t want the fun to end!
