We study hard but still don\u2019t get the top marks, or we lose a game we really wanted to win. I remind myself that it\u2019s okay to feel sad or frustrated. Then I talk to someone I trust, like my parents or teacher. They always help me see the positive side and remind me of how far I\u2019ve come.<\/p>\n<p data-start=\"801\" data-end=\"1049\">After that, I try to look at what went wrong and think, \u201cWhat can I do better next time?\u201d If I made a mistake, I learn from it. If something was out of my control, I try not to blame myself. What matters is that I keep trying and don\u2019t give up.<\/p>\n<p data-start=\"1051\" data-end=\"1158\">Failure has taught me to be stronger, to try harder, and to believe in myself \u2014 even when things are tough<\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>Sometimes things don\u2019t go the way we want.
