Bakra Eid is one of my favorite festivals\u2014not just because of the yummy food and new clothes, but because it reminds us of something really<\/em> important: sharing, caring, and standing together.<\/p>\n

Let me tell you why Bakra Eid is so special to me.<\/p>\n

\ud83c\udf19 The True Story Behind the Celebration<\/strong><\/p>\n

Bakra Eid is also called Eid-ul-Adha, and it comes with a powerful story. It reminds us of Prophet Ibrahim (A.S.), who was ready to sacrifice what he loved most\u2014his son\u2014just because Allah (SWT) asked him to. But Allah stopped him and rewarded his obedience with blessings instead.<\/p>\n

This shows us that true faith means putting others\u2014and Allah\u2019s commands\u2014above our own wants.<\/p>\n

\ud83e\udd32 Leave Greed, Show Unity<\/strong><\/p>\n

Sometimes on Eid, people get too focused on the size of the bakra (goat), the decorations, or how much meat they\u2019re getting. But that\u2019s not what this Eid is really about.<\/p>\n

My parents always tell me, \u201cEid is a time to give, not just receive.\u201d<\/em>
So this year, I\u2019m focusing on:<\/p>\n

Not showing off the biggest animal<\/p>\n

Sharing meat equally, especially with those who can\u2019t afford it<\/p>\n

Helping my parents prepare food and serve guests<\/p>\n

Being kind to the helpers at home and the people around us<\/p>\n

When we give without expecting anything back, we make Allah happy\u2014and we feel peaceful too.<\/p>\n

\ud83d\udd4c Time to Unite<\/strong><\/p>\n

On Eid day, I love waking up early, wearing my new kurta, and going to the mosque for Eid prayers. Standing in rows beside people of all ages and backgrounds makes me realize how united we are.<\/p>\n

No one asks who is rich or poor\u2014we all stand shoulder to shoulder, praying together. That\u2019s the real power of Bakra Eid: bringing people closer.<\/p>\n

\ud83c\udf5b More Than Meat<\/strong><\/p>\n

Yes, I do love biryani and kebabs (who doesn\u2019t?). But what I love more is delivering food with my family to neighbors and those in need. This year, we even packed extra meat in clean bags and gave it to the security guards and street workers near our area. They were so happy\u2014and so was I!<\/p>\n

\ud83d\udc10 My Eid Wish<\/strong><\/p>\n

I hope that every kid who celebrates Bakra Eid remembers this:<\/p>\n
