Once upon a time in a colorful classroom filled with giggles and toys, there was a little girl named Zoya. She loved to play, draw, and run around during recess. But every day, Zoya felt a little tired, especially during story time and games.<\/p>\n

One morning, Miss Sara, the kind nursery teacher, noticed Zoya yawning.
“Are you feeling okay, Zoya?” she asked gently.<\/p>\n

Zoya nodded slowly. “I just feel sleepy\u2026 even after breakfast.”<\/p>\n

Miss Sara smiled and said, “Let\u2019s look at what you brought for lunch today!”<\/p>\n

Zoya opened her lunchbox. Inside were lots of sweet treats\u2014candies, chips, and a fizzy drink. Miss Sara gave a thoughtful look and said, “Hmm, I think I know a secret that might help.”<\/p>\n

The next day, Miss Sara brought a magic lunchbox from the pretend play corner. “Let\u2019s pack a super energy<\/em> lunch together!” she said.

Crunchy carrots for strong eyes<\/p>\n

Juicy apples for happy tummies<\/p>\n

A little box of nuts for a smart brain<\/p>\n

And a bottle of cool water to keep Zoya fresh<\/p>\n

Zoya took a pretend bite and jumped up. \u201cI feel strong already!\u201d she laughed.<\/p>\n

Miss Sara nodded. “Healthy food gives us the power to learn, play, and grow!”<\/p>\n

From that day on, Zoya started bringing fruits, vegetables, and water in her real lunchbox. She felt more awake in class, laughed more during playtime, and even ran faster in races!<\/p>\n
