She loved to play, draw, and run around during recess. But every day, Zoya felt a little tired, especially during story time and games.<\/p>\n<p data-start=\"598\" data-end=\"719\">One morning, Miss Sara, the kind nursery teacher, noticed Zoya yawning.<br data-start=\"669\" data-end=\"672\" \/>&#8220;Are you feeling okay, Zoya?&#8221; she asked gently.<\/p>\n<p data-start=\"721\" data-end=\"784\">Zoya nodded slowly. &#8220;I just feel sleepy\u2026 even after breakfast.&#8221;<\/p>\n<p data-start=\"786\" data-end=\"862\">Miss Sara smiled and said, &#8220;Let\u2019s look at what you brought for lunch today!&#8221;<\/p>\n<p data-start=\"864\" data-end=\"1048\">Zoya opened her lunchbox. Inside were lots of sweet treats\u2014candies, chips, and a fizzy drink. Miss Sara gave a thoughtful look and said, &#8220;Hmm, I think I know a secret that might help.&#8221;<\/p>\n<p data-start=\"1050\" data-end=\"1202\">The next day, Miss Sara brought a magic lunchbox from the pretend play corner. &#8220;Let\u2019s pack a <em data-start=\"1147\" data-end=\"1161\">super energy<\/em> lunch together!&#8221; she said.<br data-start=\"1188\" data-end=\"1191\" \/>They added:<img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" class=\" wp-image-493 alignright\" src=\"http:\/\/blogs.beaconhouse.net\/482\/wp-content\/uploads\/sites\/232\/2025\/06\/healthy-300x200.jpeg\" alt=\"\" width=\"362\" height=\"241\" srcset=\"https:\/\/blogs.beaconhouse.net\/482\/wp-content\/uploads\/sites\/232\/2025\/06\/healthy-300x200.jpeg 300w, https:\/\/blogs.beaconhouse.net\/482\/wp-content\/uploads\/sites\/232\/2025\/06\/healthy.jpeg 768w\" sizes=\"auto, (max-width: 362px) 100vw, 362px\" \/><\/p>\n<p data-start=\"1206\" data-end=\"1243\">Crunchy carrots for strong eyes<\/p>\n<p data-start=\"1246\" data-end=\"1282\">Juicy apples for happy tummies<\/p>\n<p data-start=\"1285\" data-end=\"1329\">A little box of nuts for a smart brain<\/p>\n<p data-start=\"1332\" data-end=\"1383\">And a bottle of cool water to keep Zoya fresh<\/p>\n<p data-start=\"1385\" data-end=\"1462\">Zoya took a pretend bite and jumped up. \u201cI feel strong already!\u201d she laughed.<\/p>\n<p data-start=\"1464\" data-end=\"1541\">Miss Sara nodded. &#8220;Healthy food gives us the power to learn, play, and grow!&#8221;<\/p>\n<p data-start=\"1543\" data-end=\"1724\">From that day on, Zoya started bringing fruits, vegetables, and water in her real lunchbox.
