Focus on the Present<\/strong><\/p>\n<p data-start=\"2154\" data-end=\"2332\">Instead of worrying about what <em data-start=\"2185\" data-end=\"2192\">might<\/em> happen, try to enjoy what <em data-start=\"2219\" data-end=\"2223\">is<\/em> happening. Mindfulness activities like deep breathing, coloring, or nature walks can help keep you grounded.<\/p>\n<p data-start=\"2154\" data-end=\"2332\"><strong>4.
