While school is often a place of growth, learning, and friendships, it can also bring overwhelming challenges. From chasing top marks to fitting in socially and planning for the future, the pressure can sometimes feel like too much to handle.<\/p>\n<p data-start=\"628\" data-end=\"727\">But here\u2019s the good news\u2014you\u2019re not alone, and there <em data-start=\"681\" data-end=\"686\">are<\/em> ways to take care of your mental health.<\/p>\n<p data-start=\"729\" data-end=\"914\">First and foremost, know that it&#8217;s okay to feel stressed or anxious sometimes. These feelings are part of being human.
