This habit teaches me that leadership is not about winning alone\u2014it is about finding solutions where everyone feels happy and respected. As a Student Council leader, I meet many students with different ideas, needs, and opinions. By thinking win-win, I make sure I listen to everyone, include all voices, and find choices that benefit the whole class, not just a few people.
