\ud83c\udfaf<\/b> What Is Hopscotch?<\/b><\/p>\n

Hopscotch is a traditional game where players throw a small object (like a stone or beanbag) onto numbered squares drawn on the ground, then hop through the squares in a particular pattern to retrieve it \u2014 all without stepping on the lines or losing balance!<\/span><\/p>\n

It\u2019s easy to set up, needs little equipment, and encourages teamwork, patience, and physical activity.<\/span><\/p>\n

\ud83e\udde9 How to Play Hopscotch<\/b><\/p>\n

Here\u2019s how our students love to play:<\/span><\/p>\n

  1. Draw the Hopscotch Grid<\/b>
    \n<\/span>Using chalk, draw squares numbered <\/span>1 to 10 (or more for older students). You can arrange them in a straight line or alternating pairs.<\/li>\n
  2. Choose a Marker<\/b>
    \n<\/span>Each player needs a small object like a <\/span>beanbag, pebble, or shell to toss.<\/span><\/li>\n
  3. Start the Game<\/b>
    \n<\/span>The first player throws the marker onto square <\/span>1, making sure it lands inside without touching a line.<\/span><\/li>\n
  4. Hop, Skip, and Jump!<\/b>\n
