Habit 4, Think Win-Win, helps me become a fair, kind, and responsible student leader. This habit teaches me that leadership is not about winning alone—it is about finding solutions where everyone feels happy and respected. As a Student Council leader, I meet many students with different ideas, needs, and opinions. By thinking win-win, I make sure I listen to everyone, include all voices, and find choices that benefit the whole class, not just a few people. When I plan events or solve problems, I try to make decisions that are good for my classmates, my teachers, and the school. This habit helps me avoid fights, build trust, and create a peaceful environment where we can work together. Thinking win-win makes me a leader who cares about teamwork, fairness, and unity—and that is what a true Student Council leader should be!
