In my opinion, playing outside is much better than spending too much time on video games. When we play outside, we run, jump, and move our bodies. This makes us strong, healthy, and active. Outdoor games like football, cricket, badminton, and skating also help us become smarter because we learn teamwork, sharing, and problem-solving. Playing outside in the fresh air makes our minds sharp and our hearts happy.
On the other hand, video games may seem fun, but they make us sit for long hours in front of a screen. Too much screen time can make our eyes weak and our minds lazy. Sometimes, video games make children rely on technology too much, which can make them immature. They do not give us the same energy, joy, and learning that outdoor play gives.
I believe we should choose outdoor games more often. Playing outside helps us make real friends, enjoy nature, and stay fit. It is not just about fun—it is about living a healthy and balanced life. So next time you feel bored, step outside and enjoy the sunshine, the green fields, and the laughter of your friends. ⚽🏏🏸🌳☀️
