As a mother, sending my child to the PECHS Campus after five precious years at Jinnah Campus is a moment filled with mixed emotions—pride, nostalgia, anxiety, and hope all rolled into one. Jinnah Campus wasn’t just a school—it was a warm, nurturing space where my child was known, understood, and loved. The teachers there felt like family. They celebrated his little achievements, calmed his fears, and gently guided him through challenges, always with patience and care. I still remember the first day he held his teacher’s hand nervously, and now, five years later, he walks those same corridors with confidence. It’s hard to let go of a place where he felt so safe and supported. Now, as we prepare for the transition to Grade 6 at PECHS Campus, I find myself worrying—Will he make new friends easily? Will the new teachers recognize his unique personality and give him the same warmth and encouragement? Will he adjust to the bigger classrooms, unfamiliar routines, and greater responsibilities that come with a higher grade? I know growth requires change, and every new step brings fresh possibilities, but the fear of the unknown still lingers. Still, I remind myself that just as he flourished at Jinnah, he will find his place at PECHS too. With time, support, and resilience, I believe this new chapter will offer him not only challenges but also chances to shine even brighter. As a mother, all I truly want is for him to feel seen, valued, and inspired, just as he always has.
