Students at Beaconhouse Elementary Campus, Jamshed Road enthusiastically participated in their first Taekwondo class, conducted under the supervision of a trained Physical Education teacher. The session introduced them to the fundamentals of discipline, strength, and confidence — marking the beginning of an exciting fitness journey!
The young learners eagerly practiced basic stances, kicks, and punches with great enthusiasm and focus. The instructor emphasized the importance of respect, self-control, and perseverance — core values of Taekwondo that go beyond physical training.
Laughter and energy filled the air as students encouraged one another, showcasing true team spirit. It was a wonderful sight to see their growing confidence with every move! The activity not only promoted physical fitness but also helped build a sense of determination and self-belief among the students.
The Taekwondo sessions will continue throughout the term, aiming to inspire our young champions to stay active, healthy, and confident in all aspects of life.
