Memories linger, stories untold.
Holding on tight, we often stray,
From the present, where love stays.
Letting go, a gentle breeze,
That whispers peace, and calms the seas.
It frees the heart, and soothes the soul,
Allowing love to make us whole.
In release, we find our strength,
A new dawn, a different length.
The weight we bore, it fades away,
As we step forward, into a brighter day.
Letting go doesn’t mean forget,
But embracing change, and what we’ve met.
