One sunny morning, Sara was playing in her garden. She heard a soft sound, “Meow… meow.”Sara looked around and saw a tiny kitten hiding under a bush. The kitten looked scared and hungry.
“Oh no! You must be lost,” said Sara kindly. She gave the kitten a little bowl of milk. The kitten licked it happily.
Sara asked her mom if they could keep the kitten. Mom smiled and said, “Let’s put up a sign first. Maybe someone is missing their pet.”
The next day, Sara and her mom made a sign that said: “Lost Kitten Found.” They put it on the gate.
In the evening, a little boy came running. “That’s my kitten!” he cried with joy.
The boy thanked Sara and hugged his kitten. Sara felt happy inside. She had helped the kitten find its home.
