Do you like to run, jump, and catch? Then you’re going to LOVE a game called handball!Let’s learn what this game is all about and how YOU can play it at school or with your friends. 🎮

🤔 What Is Handball?

Handball is a super fun game where we use our hands to hit a ball and try to score points. It’s a bit like soccer, but instead of kicking, we throw the ball or bounce it with our hands!

🏃‍♀️ How Do You Play?

Here’s how to play a simple version of handball in your playground:

Get a soft bouncy ball.

Draw a court on the ground with chalk (or use lines already there!).

Stand in a line with your friends—each person gets a turn.

The first person bounces the ball in the square.

The next person has to hit it back into another square using only one hand!

If you miss the ball or hit it out, you’re “out” and the next friend joins in.

🎯 The goal is to stay in the game and have FUN!

💡 Handball Tips for Kids

Use your palm, not your fist.

Keep your eyes on the ball.

Be kind and take turns. 🤝
