This time, it wasn\u2019t the race track or the sports field, it was the stage of language, memory, and confidence. The <strong>First Term Champion Spellers Challenge<\/strong> brought together Grades 1 to 6 in a thrilling celebration of spelling and vocabulary, proving that words can be just as exciting as games!<\/p>\n<h3>\u2728 Why Spelling Matters<\/h3>\n<p>Spelling and vocabulary are more than classroom skills rather they are the keys to communication, creativity, and confidence. When children spell correctly, they unlock the ability to express themselves clearly. When they expand their vocabulary, they gain the power to describe the world with precision and imagination. At Beaconhouse, we believe these skills build not just better students, but stronger thinkers and future leaders.<\/p>\n<h3>\ud83c\udf1f Star Spellers Take the Stage<\/h3>\n<p>The journey began with the selection of <strong>Star Spellers<\/strong>, the students who had consistently aced every monthly spelling bee in the first term. Then came the dictation \u2014 teachers read aloud, and students wrote from memory.<\/p>\n<p>It was a test of concentration and retention, and only the sharpest minds advanced to the next stage.<\/p>\n<h3>\ud83d\udcbb Round 2: Kahoot Spelling Quiz<\/h3>\n<p>Energy soared as the competition moved into the digital realm. Using <strong>Kahoot<\/strong>, students faced 15 spelling questions, each with four options.
