Students of class V did a research project on different types of rocks and their uses. First they explored the properties of the various types of rocks through station learning. They touched and felt the texture and weight of the different rocks in order to get a better understanding of their properties. Then they made a visually appealing as well as informative PowerPoint presentation containing valuable information about rocks. The confidently presented their group presentations answered the questions asked by the audience.
