We at Beaconhouse School System, promote healthy co-curricular activities for students. Regular physical activities play an important part in a child’s development as they help children build strong bones and muscles. Students of Primary V Campus, Gulshan participated enthusiastically in the Annual Sports Day. The programme started with a breathtaking and coordinated PE Display followed by the brilliant yoga performance. The school band played some beautiful tunes. Students made the audience mesmerized by their agility and flexibility during the gymnastics display. Taekwondo was another hit as the audience really appreciated students’ self-defense skills and discipline. In between, the choir performances pleased the audience. Students confidently sang heart-warming songs. The highlight of the show were the track events. Students received medals by the Chief Guest Mr. Fida Hussain Baloch who is a famous athlete and body builder. The track events were judged by Asghar Hussain( PTI Middle 1 Branch ), Affaf Zafar( PTI Gulshan Campus ) and Syed Raza Rizvi( PTI Primary IV Campus, Gulshan).
