Our energetic Grade 7 students recently embarked on an unforgettable adventure where science met fitness — and what a thrilling ride it was! The SciFit 2025 brought together movement, energy, and curiosity, showing that a healthy body and a sharp mind go hand in hand.

Throughout the day, students took on a series of exciting activities designed to test both their physical stamina and their scientific thinking. Every challenge was carefully crafted to blend key science concepts with movement and fun, making learning an action-packed experience.

One of the highlights was the Energy Relay Race, an explosive event where students sprinted, passed energy “packets,” and learned about energy transfer in a hands-on, heart-pounding way. Cheers echoed across the field as teams raced against the clock, demonstrating that energy flows not just in science but in teamwork and determination too!

Another crowd favorite was the Blow & Go Cup Challenge, a quirky, breath-powered competition that had everyone smiling and strategizing. Using only their breath, students propelled lightweight cups across designated tracks, all while applying concepts like force, air pressure, and motion. It was a fantastic reminder that even something as simple as a puff of air can be a powerful force — and that science is all around us!

Every activity was more than just a game. Whether running, blowing, balancing, or strategizing, our young champs were also engaging critical thinking skills, applying scientific principles, and discovering the incredible connections between fitness and brainpower.

The spirit of the day was electric. Laughter, high-fives, and words of encouragement filled the air as students pushed their limits and celebrated each other’s efforts. It wasn’t just about winning — it was about learning, growing, and discovering new strengths.

Our Grade 7 stars proved that when you mix curiosity with physical energy, amazing things happen. They showed that fitness challenges aren’t just about speed or strength — they’re about using your brain, your creativity, and your heart. Whether calculating energy, understanding momentum, or controlling breath, science powered every step and every .A huge shoutout to all the participants for their enthusiasm and perseverance! You reminded us that being healthy is not just about moving your body — it’s also about fueling your mind with knowledge, curiosity, and passion.
