12th Rabi ul Awwal is celebrated by the Muslim ummah all across the world. Rabi ul Awwal is a sacred month that holds a lot of significance due to the birth of our Holy Prophet (P.B.U.H). Muslims across the world celebrate this day to show their devoutness and alliance with the Prophet. People decorate their houses, mosques, arrange milads and distribute sweets among their friends and family.
In order to enhance this spirit of celebration among the students and show their love for the Prophet, GMBK-1 also arranged a milad in which the students recited beautiful naats in front of the guests that included various chief guests and the mothers of our students. The students came in dressed according to the theme and wore white shalwar kameez. The coloured dupattas of girls gave the whole event a very vibrant and lively vibe.
Such events not only refresh the minds of the students and allow them to showcase their talent but also keeps them grounded to their roots.
