In the modern world, along with appreciating the students, it is also very important to build and boost their confidence. Thus, in order to showcase and exhibit the talent and hard work of our students, GMBK-1 commemorated an event of clubs carnival on the 6th of March. The amazing setup for the event was done by our super talented teachers and students because of which the show lightened up all of the ideal projects and created a great impression on the visitors.

The event started with thought-provoking speeches by representatives of each club where they described their clubs in a way that parents and students were eager to visit all of them with a lot of interest and joy. Moreover, the reptile world was also invited to the campus where they displayed various species of animals such as pythons, lizards and colourful parrots. Characteristics of these species were described to the students and parents and they were welcomed to take pictures with these animals, thus being one of the most attractive spots for the visitors.

Mr. Farooq Sattar also visited the event as the guest speaker and shared his views about youth and praised the efforts of the Beaconhouse School System in shaping the world and paving way for the children of this country. He also visited every club where students depicted their amazing knowledge through ideal real working projects. The Arts Club was influenced by a mixture of Asian and classical tradition which was evident through the use of lavishing truck art and log designing.

The Social Studies club represented their interest through 3D structures of historical monuments and wonderful presentations as well. The experimental Science club was being determined through the enormous rockets and displayed projects including robotics and sensors. Other clubs included English where games such as tongue twisters and pictionary were played and Science where visitors were given the experience of being on the planet Mars with bumpy ground and red lights. Each club showed its new developing interest through fun activities and enhancing juniors’ and seniors’ knowledge.

In the school’s ground, stalls of various eateries were also set up which served delicious food items to the visitors, thus ensuring a satisfying experience.
