Hand hygiene is the way you take care of the cleanness of your hands and it further goes on your entire health. It is very important because it’s the way you take care of your hands and keep them clean. We all need to keep our hands clean so no germs or harmful  microorganisms can attack our hands and make us sick.

How do we wash our hands?
Mostly, everyone is familiar with hand soap. It’s a substance we use to clean our hands
and it’s very bubbly! We squirt some on and scrub our palms and fingers. Here is a poster made by me to help you cleanse your hands properly and to make you learn the importance of hand hygiene:

After reading my poster, you must have got the point of hand hygiene and if we don’t do it what are the consequences!

When should we wash our hands?
•We should wash our hands after using the restroom because the germs we touch on the
doorknob, the toilet, and the hand shower will stick onto our hands if you don’t want any  dirty germs on your hands then please, wash your hands.
•We should also wash our hands after visiting the hospital because we visit SICK patients they have a sickness that may be contagious or non-contagious and can transmit to us.
•If you visit any park, restaurant, or any outside destination, wash your hands too so you don’t fall sick in bed!
These were a few examples, there are a lot more but for your information, I have written these:

Need a timer for your hand washing?
You should scrub your hands for at least 20 seconds but how? You don’t have a timer every time right? Let me help!
Looking for a timer? No worries! Hum the “Happy Birthday” song two times to complete 20 seconds and rinse afterward.
There! Simple right? Your cleanliness will keep the world clean.

Conclusion:
Did you have fun reading and learning? If so try to actually do what you read.
Even in Islam, our Holy Prophet Muhammad (SAW) said:

If you keep your hands and yourself clean, it’ll keep you healthy and happy. You will feel good when you are clean and feel pure.
