The importance of hands-on activities in Science cannot be emphasized enough!
Grade VA’s lesson on the refraction of light was a perfect example of how practical demonstrations can enhance learning. Students keenly observed how light behaves when it passes through different media by conducting simple experiments. They dipped a pencil in a glass of water and observed the refracted angle, using a prism to form a beautiful rainbow, and learning about the dispersion of light.
