Our Little Animal Friends – A Delightful Pet Show Experience 🐾
Grade II – Integrated Activity with PBL
Our Grade II students enjoyed a wonderfully exciting and educational experience as our branch hosted a vibrant Pet Show, thoughtfully integrated with our Project-Based Learning (PBL) theme “Hamara Janwar Dost / Our Animal Friend.” The event created a rich blend of hands-on learning, curiosity, and exploration—making it a day to remember for both students and teachers.
The Pet Show provided children with the opportunity to observe various pets up close—dogs, birds, cats, and even turtles. Students eagerly asked questions, shared observations, and learnt interesting facts about how to care for animals. Their sparkling eyes, joyful expressions, and endless curiosity made the event truly special. 🐶🐱🐰🐢
As part of the PBL integration, students applied their classroom learning in real life. They used inquiry skills, asked meaningful questions, and related their observations to what they had been studying about animal needs, habitats, and responsible pet care. This hands-on experience strengthened their understanding and made learning more meaningful and memorable.
We extend our heartfelt appreciation to the parents for their support and cooperation, which made this event successful and joyful. Our special thanks to Ms. Tazeen Mother of Rafi Ashar Siddiqi of Grade 2A for giving insightful knowledge how to take care of animals.
This activity not only enhanced observation and questioning skills but also encouraged empathy, responsibility, and love for living creatures. For our young learners, it was a joyful moment of real-world learning—one they will cherish for a long time! 🌟🐾
