Defence Day Celebrated at Our School
Our school proudly celebrated Defence Day in remembrance of the brave martyrs who sacrificed their lives for the safety and dignity of our beloved homeland. It was a day filled with emotions of patriotism, pride, and deep respect for our armed forces, who continue to guard our country with courage and devotion.
The program began with students presenting role plays and tablos depicting the spirit of unity and the heroic sacrifices made by our soldiers. Heart-touching speeches were delivered by students, reminding everyone of the importance of standing together as a nation. The performances were not only inspiring but also a reminder of our duty towards Pakistan – to remain steadfast, disciplined, and loyal.
The entire event echoed with the message that the strength of Pakistan lies in the unity of its people and the unmatched bravery of its armed forces.
As Allama Iqbal beautifully said:
“Shaheed ki jo maut hai, woh qaum ki hayat hai”
(“The death of a martyr is the life of a nation.”)
The celebration ended with prayers for the progress and safety of our beloved Pakistan and renewed promises by our students to serve their country with sincerity and dedication.
Defence Day reminds us that freedom is never free – it is earned with blood, sacrifice, and faith. May we always remain true to the spirit of our martyrs and keep Pakistan strong, united, and prosperous.
