“Not all readers are leaders, but all leaders are readers.” Harry S. Truman

If you are a Pakistani and are reading this then you are among the lucky 63% of the Pakistani population that can read and write.

Reading is one of the best ways to gain knowledge and perspective. It’s also a great way to relax and enjoy some time away from your phone and computer screen. Reading helps you be a better person and develop leadership skills necessary for your personal and professional life.

Today, people have embraced reading as a way of gaining unlimited power of the mind. Reading can help you gain a new perspective on life and is one of the best ways to expand your mind. We can learn from others’ mistakes by reading about their experiences. We can also use these experiences as inspiration for our own lives. Reading is a great way to learn more about the world around us and the people in it. It can help us see things from different perspectives, develop new ideas, and explore creative solutions to problems.

Anyone who thinks reading is boring or not interesting is clearly mistaken. Our schools should highlight the importance of discovering books that suit a specific person’s needs because relevance fuels the desire to read.

For those who are not interested in reading, it is high time they consider taking up this habit; there’s no doubt that books can be our best companions.

I’ll wrap up my blog by sharing a strong quote by Ray Bradbury. He once said, “You don’t have to burn books to destroy a culture. Just get people to stop reading them.”
