Completion of Mentoring in Action 2021- 2022
Beaconhouse school system has officially designed a course “Mentoring an Action” for the professional development of our employees. The objective is to strengthen leadership skills and polish their productive communication. This course includes giving advice, listening to the challenges, and helping a mentee through implementation of the curriculum.
We congratulate our teachers who have successfully completed a mentoring program which will help to provide their peers an opportunity to develop and become more competent in their roles as well as use new strategies in their daily lesson plans.
