Strengthening Bond with Grandparents

Memories with grandparents is something the students will cherish for the rest of their life. Toddlers, Pre Nursery A and B planned  a generation bridging activity planned where objective was to boost up the energy level of our students and engage our grandparents into fun filled activities. . This activity began with circle time where mothers and grandparents introduced themselves and shared some indelible moments with their grandchildren. Later they were divided into two groups where mothers and children got engaged in art and craft work and prepared souvenirs for their grandparents unaware that their grandparents are in an out area dressing up in an attire of different characters included in the story A Boy Who Cried Lion to do a role play for their grandchildren. Students were mesmerized to see their grandparents wearing beards, mustache and turbans. This magnificent day ended with beautiful family photographs where our grandparents were overjoyed capturing moments with their grandchildren.
