The unprecedented pandemic of COVID-19 has without any doubt affected globally all walks of life alike, and the norms of life have changed dramatically.<\/p>\n

\nSo, in order, to provide the students a safe and healthy learning environment, and in compliance with the directives of the Sindh Government, Beaconhouse Cambridge Campus Gulshan Launched a Vaccine Drive to ensure that every Beaconite gets vaccinated before November 01, 2021.<\/p>\n

The Management of the Campus remained in constant touch with the parents for over two weeks to collect students\u2019 vaccination cards or parents\u2019 consent slips in black and white, so they could be vaccinated at the Campus.<\/p>\n

\nOn Friday, October 29, a team of young, energetic and dedicated doctors and paramedics, commenced the drive at around 10:00am.\u00a0 A minimum of data entry counters were set up in the IT Lab and Library to maintain and update the vaccination records and above all to ensure a smooth traffic. Every student was allotted a token number so as to ensure smooth and rapid administration of the vaccination.<\/p>\n

\nIn the meantime, the parents and students were accommodated in over ten classrooms in the Basement Area.<\/p>\n

On the one hand, the teaching staff performed a wonderful job as volunteers to facilitate and guide the parents, while, on the other hand, the students and their parents\u2019 cooperation, patience and discipline was really praiseworthy.
\nBy the grace of Almighty the school managed to achieve the target of providing vaccination to over 315 students.
\nThe drive came to a smooth end by 2:15 pm in the afternoon.
