Hafta-e-Urdu Adab was celebrated at Cambridge Campus Gulshan from 7th to 11th November 2022 to glorify our National language and to enhance the linguistic skills of our students. Various activities were held during this week including Essay writing, Bait Bazi and last but not the least, an Inter school Elocution Contest.
The highlight of the week was the Inter school Elocution Contest which was held on 11th November 2022 at the Cambridge Campus Gulshan to pay tribute to Allama Iqbal through powerful speeches and poems. It was indeed a very healthy competition where various teams participated. It not only enabled students to enhance their reading skills but also boosted their self confidence.
The event was graced by the presence of Chief Guest Ismail Badauni, Head of Islamic Studies Department and Judges Hassan Abbas and Ansar Sheikh who were awestruck by the riveting performances displayed by students.
Various schools participated in the competition including Mama Parsi and The City School. We feel delighted to announce that the first position was bagged by Beaconhouse Jauhar Campus, second by The City School and third by Beaconhouse Cambridge Campus Gulshan. Heartiest congratulations to all the winners!
