On 30th September, Cambridge Campus Gulshan held a graduation ceremony at Bahria Auditorium. A sense of celebration was felt throughout the corridors and alleyways, as students and teachers were seen joyously rushing around, preparing for the much-awaited ceremony. From fixing caps to draping gowns, the broad smiles on their faces undoubtedly made it a memorable event.
The event kicked off with the recitation and translation of Quranic verses followed by the national anthem and welcoming note from the Head of School, Ms Humaira Shahab. To honour this gracious occasion, Dr Sarwat Noman, Head of the Department of Education at IoBM, Ms Rabia Aijaz, Cluster Convener and Ms Bushra Nasir, Head of BCP Gulshan Campus were invited as the chief guests.
The valedictorian of the event, Laiba Asif, gave a powerful and inspiring speech and shared her beautiful memories associated with CCG which she will cherish throughout her life.
The entire auditorium was filled with happy tears and excited cheers as the parents could not contain their pride when their children walked on the stage to receive medals and certificates. Moreover, the stage was lit by the dazzling performances of an evocative school choir which brought an element of absolute joy to the event and uplifted the crowd’s spirits.
The head of the school concluded the ceremony by congratulating the class of 2022 and reminding them that they will be lifelong alumni of the Beaconhouse CCG family. The celebration culminated on a positive note and the refreshment was also served to the audience as a small token of appreciation for displaying utmost dedication and determination.
