Reading your notes over and over isn’t enough because it just makes you feel like you know the topic. Instead, test your brain!

Another great trick is to teach a friend or talk out loud. Explain the topic in super simple words. If you get stuck, that shows you exactly what you need to read again.

Timing is also super important. Don’t sit and stare at a book for hours. Use a timer to study for 25 minutes, then take a short 5-minute break to stretch or drink water. Repeat this a few times!

Also, make sure you spread your studying over many days instead of trying to learn everything the night before. Your brain needs time to process new information. Most importantly, don’t skip sleep. Getting a good night’s rest is when your brain locks in everything you practised during the day.

Try to apply these techniques in your assessments and exams and see how effective they are!

Written by : Noreen Fatima, VIII-B To ace your exams without getting stressed, you need to change how you study.… Continue reading Exam Tips, Study Techniques, or Learning Strategies

[1

post-443","post","type-post","status-publish","format-standard","hentry","category-uncategorized","entry
["GET
