Playing sports not only keeps us physically fit but also teaches us important skills such as teamwork, discipline, and problem-solving. There is a famous saying, <\/span><i><span style=\"font-weight: 400\">\u201cA healthy body has a healthy mind.\u201d<\/span><\/i><span style=\"font-weight: 400\"> When we play sports, our body uses a lot of energy, and as a result, we feel hungry and eat well, which helps keep us healthy.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400\">Playing sports is also a form of exercise that keeps the functions of our body smooth and active. Some people believe that playing sports is a waste of time and that children who spend time playing sports lag behind in their studies. However, this is not true, as not everyone can excel only in academics. Maintaining a balance between studies and sports is the best approach, but ignoring one and focusing only on the other does not seem beneficial.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400\">Hence, excluding sports from one\u2019s life is unhealthy.
