Exams can feel stressful, but managing your time well can make them much easier. Time management means using your time wisely so you can finish your work without rushing or worrying too much.

First, make a simple study plan. Write down all your subjects and decide how much time you will spend on each one. Start with subjects that you find difficult, so you have more energy to understand them.

Next, break your study time into small parts. For example, study for 30 minutes, then take a short 5 to 10 minute break. This helps your brain stay fresh and focused. During your break, you can drink water, or relax.

Another important tip is to avoid distractions. Keep your phone, games, and TV away while studying. Find a quiet place where you can concentrate better.

Also practice using time during your exam. If your exam is one hour long, don’t spend too much time on one question. Try to answer all questions by dividing your time equally. If you don’t know an answer, move on and come back to it later.

Finally, don’t forget to get enough sleep and eat healthy food. A fresh mind works faster and better.
