For the last two years, 2025 and 2026, my birthday was celebrated in Makkah and Madinah. And I believe this was the best gift from my parents to me.
In 2025, when I was 6 years old, on 7 August, we were in Madinah, and on that day, I travelled to Makkah to perform my first Umrah. That was the most blessed day for me because I was in both of the holy places on my birthday.
My mother and I made some goodie bags and distributed them to children in Madinah and Makkah. My little brother and I both distributed them to children who came with their parents to the Haram.
After that, my father took me to the hairdresser to cut my hair and complete my Umrah journey. On that day, after I completed my first Umrah, my father treated me to my favourite food, Albaik.
That was the most blessed day for me. And the same next year, when I was 7 years old, I celebrated my birthday in Madinah.
These two years were the most precious and blessed for me. I pray for all the students that they have their birthdays in these most blessed places.
