Sports play a very important role in our lives. Playing sports not only keeps us physically fit but also teaches us important skills such as teamwork, discipline, and problem-solving. There is a famous saying, “A healthy body has a healthy mind.” When we play sports, our body uses a lot of energy, and as a result, we feel hungry and eat well, which helps keep us healthy.

Playing sports is also a form of exercise that keeps the functions of our body smooth and active. Some people believe that playing sports is a waste of time and that children who spend time playing sports lag behind in their studies. However, this is not true, as not everyone can excel only in academics. Maintaining a balance between studies and sports is the best approach, but ignoring one and focusing only on the other does not seem beneficial.

Hence, excluding sports from one’s life is unhealthy. Therefore, sparing some time for sports is essential and should not be neglected.
