In today’s digital world  children don’t play  physical games or  participate in sports like running, jumping, cricket, hockey and football rather than they play all these games on the X-box, iPad or the mobile phone.

As per the suggestions by the medical experts, they need to be involved in physical movement and exercise than sitting on the couch  playing  video games.

At Beaconhouse Gulshan Primary III  our students were introduced with some  traditional games, such as  bandar qila, aankh macooli, kho kho,Baraf Pani, pittho, ,kikli etc. These games help children to think, learn cooperation and teamwork skills, work on strategies and tactics, and learn how to hold a conversation with adults. Games are a fun way of getting your child to learn without them even realizing it!

Traditional games indirectly inculcate the moral and cultural values in our students.
