Rights are balanced by responsibilities . The responsibilities of a good citizen is to be caring and to be honest.
A good citizens should keep his environment clean and tidy. He should show love and understanding. He should work hard and make the most of the opportunities given to him. He should respect the values, traditions and feelings in my community.
The right of every citizens are if any one forgot the wallet so if anyone found he should return it to the person. Every citizens has a right to get love and understanding, preferably from parents and family.
