Musical performances, essentially in the early years, help children build motor skills while allowing them to practice self-expression. Musical concerts also provide an opportunity for the students to hone their performance skills in front of a larger audience.
To further this idea, and to provide a platform for the young stars of GKG1 to showcase their talent, the Annual Concert 2022 was held on the 13th of July 2022.
Every class chose a song to perform and continued practice with full zeal. A lot of thought processing and strenuous hard work went into concert preps.
After months of relentless efforts and rehearsals, came the day of the final concert. Dressed in vibrant clothes, the children looked adorable. Starting with a mesmerizing recitation of Asma ul Husna, the concert proceeded with fascinating performances by each class. From entertaining songs to fun rhymes and national songs, every class had put in superfluous efforts to showcase some enthralling performances. The students rocked the stage with their vivacious performances and kept the audience spellbound.
The beautiful performances, synced swiftly to the tunes had the audience in awe. The incessant applause by the parent body was a proof that the concert was a huge hit amongst them and the hard work of the students and the entire team of GKG1 paid well.
The day ended in high spirits, enjoyed through and through by the participating students and the audience equally.
