Our Grade 3 students celebrated the Culmination Day of their Project-Based Learning unit, “Green Café.” This project combined Math, Science, English, Art, and P.E. to promote healthy eating, no-plastic habits, and environmental responsibility.
Students took on real-life roles—handling budgets, acting as buyers and sellers, creating posters, and designing recycling and compost bins. They applied math while managing money, used science to understand waste, practiced English through menus and signs, and expressed creativity through art.
On Culmination Day, the café came alive as students confidently explained their work and enjoyed showcasing everything they had learned. It was a fun, hands-on experience that encouraged teamwork, awareness, and healthy choices.
