Given the situation that our country is facing due to the deluge caused by the heaviest monsoon in the recent memory, Beacon House Latifabad Primary II came up with the idea of a movie show for students to raise funds for the flood victims and to play our part in the relief and rehabilitation efforts under way.
The movie show was held on 15th of September and the students watched the movie “Home Alone “.The response from the students was overwhelming and they thoroughly enjoyed themselves. We also installed food stalls and it added extra flavor to the event and the experience of buying food from these stalls on their own fascinated the students.
The Movie show was a success. All funds generated through sales of tickets and food stalls were donated to the proceeds for helping flood affectees. Thankyou to the parents for cooperating, sending their children to be a part of it and contributing towards a great cause.
