His remarkable recitation skills, clarity, and devotion have earned him a well-deserved place in <strong data-start=\"428\" data-end=\"476\">Phase 3 \u2014 the Intra-Clubbed Recitation Round<\/strong>.<\/p>\n<p data-start=\"481\" data-end=\"728\">We extend our <strong data-start=\"495\" data-end=\"524\">heartiest congratulations<\/strong> to Mohammad Usman on this outstanding accomplishment and wish him <strong data-start=\"591\" data-end=\"619\">the very best of success<\/strong> in the upcoming stage.
