The land of Sindh dates back to ancient times and has got vast history if one is interested in knowing about it. Sindh is always renowned for the great personality of Shah Latif Bhittai.
LP-I arranged an event in the memory of ‘Hazrat Shah Latif Bhittai’ on his 278th Urs on 22nd September. The great Sufi mystic and poet was acknowledged for his excellent poetry in the world of Sindhi literature. He also mastered religious text and philosophical views.
Students took part in the quiz, did calligraphy and sang praises and kalam of Lakhino Latif. The colorful and traditional dressings of students brightened up the moment. The famous and never forgetting folk instrument Tanbooro was also introduced to the young minds who are yet to develop more love and interest towards the Sufi saint.
