Grade 6 e-STEAM Culmination Day

Grade 6 students marked their e-STEAM learning journey with an inspiring Culmination Day, where they proudly presented their Energy Conservation Projects, showcasing creativity, critical thinking, and a strong sense of environmental responsibility.

This year’s projects featured impressive solar-powered models, including solar lamps, solar homes, and mini solar charging stations, highlighting students’ understanding of renewable energy and its long-term benefits. Learners demonstrated how solar energy can be harnessed to reduce electricity consumption and contribute to sustainable living.

In addition, students engineered automated systems including sensor-based lights, automatic fans, and energy-saving circuits. These models illustrated how automation can minimise energy waste and promote efficiency in everyday environments. Their explanations reflected a solid grasp of circuits, sensors, and basic engineering principles.

Each project was thoughtfully designed and presented with confidence. Students effectively communicated how simple innovations, whether solar-powered or automated, can spark meaningful change in conserving energy and protecting the planet.

The day was a celebration of creativity, scientific inquiry, and environmental stewardship. The dedication and ingenuity displayed by our young innovators reaffirm their potential to lead a greener and more sustainable future.
